IIPSEC 2009 – Connecting IP people to IP opportunities

Coventry (UK) - IIPSEC is the annual trade show on networked and digital security, life safety and BMS technologies which took place in January 27-29 at the Stoneleigh Park in Coventry (UK). IIPSEC is primarily designed to allow the industry to gain knowledge about changing technologies and how their business can benefit from the IP revolution.
IIPSEC has always led the field in delivering quality time with quality people and this year it provided a comprehensive learning path with over 60 educational tracks, break-out sessions, workshops and conferences. The combination of educational programme and product showcase provided great opportunity to engage with exhibitors, speakers and visitors.

Innovation and excellence were also celebrated during the Security Awards 2009 ceremony, where companies were awarded a special prize for their IP products in security. And the winners are: SeSys – Torch Camera for the Innovation Award; Dedicated Micros – Emergency Messaging and Mass Notification System for the Software Award; SeSys – Torch Camera for the Hardware Award; CEM Systems – Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 project for the Application Award. Last but not least, Mobotix Q22 360 Degree IP Camera for the IP User Group Product of the Year Award.
