ISE 2007 – AMSTERDAM, NL
Amsterdam (NL). The 4th edition of Integrated Systems Europe (ISE 2007) opened its door from January 30 to February 02, covering four halls of the Amsterdam RAI. The show attracts more visitors every year to visit the most updated technologies from the Professional AV and Electronic Systems Integration industry. This year more than 350 exhibitors, ranging from leading industry players (e.g. Sony, Mitsubishi Electric, SpeakerCraft, Projecta etc.) to emerging companies showcased their brand new products and latest innovations and system applications from AV IT solutions, High Definition cameras to Display Engineering solutions etc., representing a 40% increase on the 2006 edition. As regards the conference, this year new education sessions were inserted in the programme along with workshops on topical issues and product presentations. ISE 2007 offered seminars for architects and designers, forums and round tables led by key players of the industry covering Digital Signage and AV Integration techniques and case studies. This edition saw a significant increase in numbers with an attendance of about 16,000. Visitors came from many parts of the world, mainly from Europe but also from other countries including China, Japan and the US. Given the positive response from both visitors and exhibitors, as the ISE Managing Director Mike Blackman states, the 2008 edition will be expanded into five halls and it will be held again at the Amsterdam RAI from 29-31 January.
